Chris Bell has been representing the ill and disabled for over thirty years. What started out as a joint venture with his mother, Carol Bell, grew into a family business. Originally from South Carolina, the Bells settled in Fruitland Park in 1978. Chris is an active member of the National Association of Disability Representatives and is an Accredited Disability Representative.



Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, who works alongside him at Disability Consultants in addition to her role as the innkeeper of The Gardenia Inn. He is also the Mayor of Fruitland Park, and spends his free time with his children and grandchildren, his church, and his boat.

A Florida native, Jeff Bell was born and raised in Fruitland Park. Although he grew up around the family business, he joined Disability Consultants in an official capacity in 2010. Later that year he became a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives where he quickly began to further his knowledge in the field. Jeff started defending the rights of clients at hearings before Administrative Law Judges in 2013 and has now successfully represented hundreds of clients in their fight for Disability Benefits. He is eligible for direct payment from the Social Security Administration and became an Accredited Disability Representative early in 2015. Jeff is committed to the overriding philosophy that any action taken should be in the client’s best interest, holding them in the highest regard, and that the client’s welfare is the sole object of his efforts.

When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling and ministering overseas, backpacking, and mountaineering.
